The sea cucumbers are well foamed. This picture is borrowed from another recipe of mine, "Braised Sea Cucumbers with Scallion Oil". Because I make four or five sea cucumbers at a time, I borrowed it.

Cut all the ingredients into cubes, including the sea cucumber

Beat the diced dried beans, diced sea cucumbers, and stir-fried custard together with the eggs, and add cold boiled water while beating. Add appropriate amount of salt. Then steam over water.

Counting from the time when the water in the pot boils, after steaming for 5 minutes in the previous step, that is, when the surface of the eggs has condensed but the inside is still fluid, sprinkle in the diced celery, diced carrots, and minced coriander. Steam for another 3-4 minutes, until the eggs inside have solidified, and you're done! ! !
