Wash the garlic moss, drain the water, pinch off the tail, cut into inch sections, and set aside.

Steamed sophora flowers, set aside.

Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add the garlic moss and a little salt and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the steamed sophora japonica flowers and stir-fry a few times.
