For breakfast, my family all likes to drink porridge. I made warm polenta. It’s very comfortable to drink a bowl of warm rice porridge in the winter morning

  1. Scrape the corn kernels from the cob.

  2. Mix cornmeal with water.

  3. Boil the water in the pot.

  5. Pour in the chopped corn kernels.

  6. Use chopsticks to dip a little edible alkaline noodles into the pot.
