Cumin Cuttlefish
Overview
Cumin cuttlefish oven dish can keep you away from the kitchen. It's too hot, and the kitchen is so hot that you don't want to go in. I often think that if I move to a bigger house, I need to install air conditioning in the kitchen! Make cooking a real pleasure. Stay away from sauna-like kitchens. In fact, for housewives who cook three times a day, if they are good at using the kitchen utensils at home, they don’t have to spend time in the kitchen. I used to have this misunderstanding. If I didn't turn on the oven when the weather was hot, I would always feel it was too hot. In fact, oven cooking is very simple. You only need to prepare the ingredients, push the oven, set the time, and at most brush the ingredients in the middle. It is very convenient. Just imagine, one oven dish, one steamed dish, and one serving of rice. In this case, you can save yourself from going into the kitchen. Cuttlefish is an ingredient that my daughter loves very much. I didn't plan to make it today, but my little girl must buy it. She just wants to eat it very much, so let's buy it and cook it at home. The cuttlefish is paired with seasonal vegetables and grilled in the oven. It's still great.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the oven and preheat it to 200 degrees for 5 minutes before starting to bake. Today I used the ACA-ATO-HB38HT oven.
-
Wash the baby cuttlefish with light salt water and marinate with seasonings. Here we use light soy sauce, salt, cumin powder and cooking oil.
-
Blanch okra and beans and let cool.
-
String the baby cuttlefish with a skewer, and I separate them, the first two skewers, the three skewers of baby cuttlefish, and the beans are wrapped and knotted. I used a metal skewer. If I use a bamboo skewer, I need to soak it in water in advance to avoid burning it during baking.
-
Place the skewered skewers on the grill.
-
Place a layer of parchment paper on a baking sheet. To help the parchment paper stick to the iron, apply a little water on the baking sheet.
-
Place the baking sheet into the middle rack of the preheated oven, and place the baking sheet on the lower rack of the oven. The upper and lower heat are both 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
-
Put the remaining marinade soup into a small bowl, add a little sugar and cooking oil and mix well.
-
During the baking process, open the box and brush the juice twice or three times. Use a long-handled brush to brush directly without taking out the grill grid. Be careful not to burn your hands.
-
After the program is completed, take the baking pan out of the oven and remove the parchment paper. You can lay a new sheet or not. Garnish with tomatoes and serve. Because there are children eating it, no chili powder is added when baking it. You can add chili powder and cumin powder when eating it. It is also great for dipping vegetables.
