  1. sachet of Enoki mushrooms. The supermarket package is 150g. Remove the roots, wash and blanch in hot water. . Have cold water for later use.

  2. Cut 1 cucumber into shreds and set aside.

  3. Crack the eggs into the bowl and stir evenly. Add a little flour. Pour into the pan, still allowing the egg liquid to flow along the edges of the pan and cover the bottom of the pan. Flip when solidified. Remove from pan, let cool, cut into shreds and set aside.

  4. Chop the sausage into thin strips as well. Gather the three ingredients first~ plus the enoki mushrooms that are still in the small pot~

  5. Pour shredded enoki mushrooms, eggs, cucumber shreds and sausage into a basin. Pour in appropriate amounts of salt, sugar, chicken essence, vinegar, soy sauce, and oil and stir to combine. Finally, drizzle with a little sesame oil. In fact, I think the last salad or something~as long as it tastes like what you like~
