Glutinous rice flour

Wash tangerine peel with water

Put the tangerine peel in a pot and add water to boil

Add cold water to the glutinous rice flour and gently soften it. It doesn’t have to be as troublesome as kneading the noodles. It only takes about a minute

Break off a piece and put it on your finger
