Braised chicken feet
Overview
It is natural to eat autumn fat without eating meat. I bought chicken feet and planned to marinate them so that they can be served as a side dish with wine or as a late-night snack. The method is simple and I cooked it so well that even the elderly and children can eat it. If you want it to be chewy and chewy, just cook it for a little less time.

Wash chicken feet.

Prepare a portion of ingredients for cooking meat: 2 star anise, 5 cloves, about 30 peppercorns, 2 sections of cinnamon, an appropriate amount of tangerine peel, 2 fragrant sand, 2 nutmegs, an appropriate amount of galangal, 3 bay leaves, and 1 piece of ginger.

Boil the meat, add water and add the chicken feet.
