Sweet and Sour Pork
Overview
It seems like no one dislikes this dish! The tenderloin is very tender. After being coated in starch and fried, it is then tossed in sweet and sour sauce. It tastes crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, sour and sweet. It is very popular among children of all ages! My nephew loves to eat meat, but he doesn't like any fat. Every time he comes to my house, he asks me to cook this dish for him.
