Wash the fresh shrimps. If you want to eat the shrimps, just remove the shells

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan and stir-fry the garlic and Laoganma until fragrant, then add the fresh shrimps and stir-fry with salt

Stir-fry until the shrimps form a C shape and serve on a plate. Garnish with chives.
