I just bought the oven. It is very small. I just opened it today and bought a chicken to try it out.

  1. Cut open both sides of the chicken you bought, remove the internal organs, wash it, and wipe it clean with kitchen towels.

  2. tsp cumin, a few peppercorns, crushed fennel, and 2 tsp salt. Half is used as dry powder and half is added to wet ingredients.

  3. Add 2 coriander, 2 chili peppers, 2 green onions, 5 cloves of garlic to half of the dry powder, break into pieces and add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

  4. Coat the inside of the chicken with the wet ingredients.

  5. Dry flour the back of the chicken and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

  6. Place a piece of tin foil on the baking sheet, cut the carrots into thick strips, peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces, pour in peanut oil and stir evenly, sprinkle with chili powder, salt and cumin powder.

  7. Arrange the chicken in an even layer on the baking sheet.

  8. Set the oven temperature to 230 degrees, cover with tin foil and bake for 60 minutes.

  9. Prepare a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, mix well, apply on the surface of the chicken, remove the tin foil, and bake for 15 minutes.

  10. This is roasted chicken.

  11. Re-roast the vegetables in the oven until golden brown.

  12. Place vegetables under the chicken, add dark soy sauce and starch to the remaining soup, stir well and bring to a boil over high heat, and spread on the surface of the chicken.
