Almond cheesecake
Overview
My parents like traditional cakes, but my husband likes cheesecake, so it’s hard to reconcile. I can only try to balance it out, and use the traditional method to make cheesecake, without adding whipping cream and flavoring wine. There are many fewer steps and no water bath method. It is simple and delicious.

Egg white and yolk separation

Melt the cheese in warm water and mix well

Add milk, olive oil and sugar to the egg yolks, and stir together with the cheese

Beat the egg whites with a whisk until dry and foamy

This is the egg yolk that was just mixed

Sift low-gluten flour into the egg yolks and mix evenly

Add the mixed egg yolk liquid into the egg whites in portions

Grease a baking sheet with butter or olive oil and line it with baking paper

Pour in the cake liquid and sprinkle with sliced almonds

Oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes
