Fried buns with cumin
Overview
Steamed buns are a staple food in the north and are indispensable every day. Sometimes if you buy too much or make too much and don’t finish it all, the taste will not be good as time goes by. Add some cumin and chili powder to stir-fry these buns to make them spicy, crispy and delicious. A plate of cumin stir-fried buns, a bowl of milk tea or porridge is a nutritious and simple breakfast. The name of steamed buns is different in different places. For example, in the north, those without fillings are called steamed buns, flower rolls, and some are called steamed buns. Steamed buns are good for protecting the gastrointestinal tract. People who suffer from diarrhea caused by hyperacidity, bloating, and indigestion will feel comfortable and reduce their symptoms if they eat grilled steamed buns.

Cut the buns into small pieces with a knife
