I like to eat fresh bamboo shoots the most. Freshly dug bamboo shoots have the best taste. I cooked a bamboo shoot hotpot with Xuanxuan Baba and drank some wine. It was still very good

  1. Peel and clean the bamboo shoots and the pork belly

  2. Slice the pork belly, cut the garlic leaves into sections, cut the bamboo shoots into hob pieces, slice the ginger, and cut the dried chili into sections

  3. Hot pot, cold oil

  4. Add pork belly and stir-fry until the skin is slightly charred

  5. Add the bamboo shoots and stir-fry, then add the chili segments (you can omit it if you don’t like spicy food)

  6. When the fried bamboo shoots are cooked, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt

  7. Add water
