Prepare all materials

First, sift together the low-gluten flour and baking powder

Cut butter into small pieces

Pour butter into flour

Use a scraper to cut, chop and mix with the flour (later I felt the scraper was too slow so I rubbed it with my hands) and make it look like rice grains

Pour in the eggs, sugar, light cream, and salt, and mix evenly

After kneading the dough, I felt it was too sticky so I added more flour. But it’s still sticky

Add raisins

Knead it into a ball, roll it out with a rolling pin, and cut it into the desired shape with a knife

Place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and brush with egg wash. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
