Prepare the garlic, clean the shrimps and remove the heads (because it doesn’t look too good to eat by yourself😊 and the heads of farmed shrimps are inedible, so don’t eat them if you can)

Use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp intestines from the middle of the stocking

Then use scissors to cut the back of the shrimp

Heat the oil in a hot pan (you can use more oil) and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant

Fry the shrimp on both sides until golden brown

Pour in appropriate amount of oyster sauce (if it is too dry, add appropriate amount of water)
