  1. Prepare the garlic, clean the shrimps and remove the heads (because it doesn’t look too good to eat by yourself😊 and the heads of farmed shrimps are inedible, so don’t eat them if you can)

  2. Use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp intestines from the middle of the stocking
