Italian Bacon and Shrimp Pizza

- Bacon 4 strips (stuffing)

- Corn kernels 1 handful (stuffing)
- Crab sticks 4 strips (stuffing)
- Cracked black pepper 1 spoon (pizza sauce)
- Egg 1 piece (pie crust)
- Flour 150g (cake crust)
- Fresh shrimp 8 pieces (stuffing)
- Garlic 4 cloves (pizza sauce)
- Mozzarella cheese 150g (stuffing)
Steps

Mix the dough ingredients together and knead into a smooth dough, then leave it in a warm place to ferment.

Make the pizza sauce first and chop the tomatoes and onions separately.

Mince the garlic.

Put 15g butter in the pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add chopped onions and stir-fry until the onions become soft and transparent.

Add the tomatoes and stir-fry, pressing the tomatoes with a spatula while frying, stir-fry until it becomes a paste, add sugar, pizza grass, and black pepper and continue to stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

Add tomato paste and salt and stir-fry until the sauce thickens.

Peel the fresh shrimps, wash them, add a little salt and pepper, and marinate them for ten minutes. Blanch the peas and corn kernels in a pot of boiling water, drain and set aside. Rinse crab sticks and drain. Set aside.

Cut the bacon into small slices, roll each slice into a shrimp, and cut the remaining bacon into small cubes.

Do not put oil in the pot, directly add the bacon and shrimp rolls, add the excess diced bacon together, and fry over low heat until the bacon is oily, and take it out slightly brown on both sides and set aside.

Use the oil from the bacon to stir-fry the mushrooms, corns and peas evenly.

Fry until the water is gone and set aside.

Grease a nine-inch pizza pan with a thin layer of butter, put in the fermented dough, and slowly push it out with your hands until it fills the pan, leaving a little edge, and use a toothpick to make small holes in the bottom of the pie.

Place fried pizza sauce, a little cheese, and fried vegetables in sequence.

Then add bacon shrimp, bacon cubes, and crab sticks.

Spread the cheese and place in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 18 minutes.

Bake until the edges of the cake are golden brown and the cheese has charred spots.
