Boil water

Put the noodles into the boiling water, bring to a boil, turn to medium heat, continue to cook for 1 minute, remove

Rinse the hot noodles with cold boiled water or mineral water until they are completely cool.

Drain the cool noodles, about 20 minutes. Then pour in an appropriate amount of sesame oil and stir evenly, and the cold noodles are ready. Next, take as much as you like, add your favorite seasonings and vegetables, stir evenly and you are ready to eat

One cooked salted chicken leg, peeled and set aside

Tear the chicken legs into shreds and set aside

Cut the cucumber into shreds and set aside. Since I didn’t have grating tools at home, I cut them into slices. “I removed the seeds from the cucumber, but you don’t need to remove the seeds. You can cut the cucumber into shreds without a grater.”
