I left half a piece of tofu last night. Let’s make cumin tofu today~ Tofu is rich in nutrients. Eating more can whiten your skin and delay aging. The isoflavones contained in soybeans can regulate female endocrine and can be said to be a woman’s treasure~

Cut the tofu into slices about 1cm thick and cut the green onion into mince.

Heat the oil and add the chopped green onions. I just used the leftover frying oil from last night.

Add tofu and fry on both sides until brown.

Take out the fried tofu and sprinkle with cumin powder and cooked white sesame seeds.

Take another pot, pour a little oil, heat it up and add a little soy sauce, then add water starch (add half a bowl of water to the starch and mix well), bring to a boil and pour it on the tofu.

Pour the tofu in the sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.
