Kumquat stewed with pears
Overview
The weather is dry this year and there are many people coughing around. For the health of my family, especially my children, I stew some therapeutic tea for them these days. Today's kumquat stewed pear is one of them. After all, it is winter. In order to avoid the coldness of fruit tea, red dates are added. I didn’t add sugar, it was all original, it was sour and sweet even without sugar, it tasted delicious
