Cut the tofu into pieces and soak in water for 10 minutes.

Prepare the sugar, aged vinegar, and tomato paste and set aside.

Add 200 grams of flour to an egg and add an appropriate amount of water, mix evenly, add tofu to coat in batter, and fry in a pan over low heat.

Fry the tofu until golden brown and set aside.

Leave an appropriate amount of base oil in the pot, add the prepared sauce, and after boiling, add starch water to thicken.

When the sauce thickens, add the fried tofu and coat it evenly with the sauce.
