I have been using a bread maker for a long time, but finally I couldn’t resist the defeat and came back. The first product I made was this donut. I personally think it’s pretty good. I’m a novice after all, so I couldn’t help but post the recipe. If you don’t like it, please don’t comment...

Weigh all the ingredients and put them into the bread bucket

Use chopsticks to stir until there is not too much dry powder and start the dough mixing process

After a dough mixing process is completed, add butter, continue a dough mixing process and ferment

When fermentation reaches twice the size, take out the exhaust gas

Roll it into a cake shape and use a donut mold to press out the shape. Repeat this step with the remaining dough until all the dough is pressed. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size

Heat oil in a pan, turn to medium-low heat, add donuts, and fry until golden brown on both sides

Dip in melted chocolate, sprinkle with sugar pins and garnish, let cool and enjoy
