Overview
After the crispy chicken chop, my son asked for crispy pork chop. As long as he likes it, I must make it. Watching him eat it with gusto makes me satisfied.

Wash the lean meat and cut it into thin slices. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, garlic, allspice, salt and pepper. Marinate for two hours, then add two tablespoons of starch and mix well.

Prepare two eggs beaten into egg liquid and 25 grams of bread crumbs. (Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan in advance and heat until 70% hot)
