Carrot Chicken Meatballs
Overview
I wanted to eat meatballs again, and I happened to have chicken, so I tried mixing chicken and carrots to make chicken meatballs. The finished product tasted good and was very tender. In the past, tenderloin was used. After adding starch, the texture becomes very chewy, which is very suitable for people who like chewy texture. If you can make it yourself, you can eat it anytime you want. The ones sold outside don’t know what is added.

Steps
-
Chop the chicken into fine pieces and grate the carrots into thin strips. I cut them with a knife.
-
Mix the carrots into the chicken and chop a few times.
-
Put the chicken into a bowl, break in an egg, add some salt and chicken powder, and beat evenly.
-
Add three spoons of starch. If you like it chewy, add more.
-
Then beat in one direction. I also put a little baking powder in it, but you don't have to, the soup is clearer. Leave it to wake up for half an hour.
-
Boil water and add the chicken to the pot with chopsticks. Burn for a few minutes
-
Prepare the soup base, I use seaweed soup, and finally add some green onions, shrimp skin, and celery. I didn’t buy any of these, so I simply only had seaweed.

When cooked, put it into a bowl and mix well before eating. It tastes very tender.
