【Golden Needle Bacon Roll】---A no-fail recipe for beginners in the kitchen

Prepare a handful of enoki mushrooms.

After cleaning, remove the heel.

Prepare as much bacon as you need.

Cut the bacon into two.

Take a piece of bacon and put an appropriate amount of enoki mushrooms on it.

Roll up from one end and wrap the enoki mushrooms.

Tie with blanched green onion leaves. (This step can also be fixed with toothpicks. Remove the toothpicks after frying and setting. I prefer to use scallion leaves, which not only adds color but also adds the flavor of chives)

Roll them all out in turn. (When making, pay attention to measuring the amount of enoki mushrooms, and mix them as much as possible to avoid waste. If you find that the enoki mushrooms are not enough, pack a little less)
