Add water to the pot, add tendons, bay leaves, star anise, scallions, cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes

Take out, cool slightly and cut into pieces

Slice the carrots and green peppers, chop the green onions into small pieces, smash the garlic and chop into minced garlic

Heat the oil in the pan. After the oil is hot, add the carrots and green peppers and stir-fry over high heat for a while.

Add tendons and stir-fry

Add chopped green onion and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

Add 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of salt, 2 spoons of sugar and stir-fry. Take out of the pot
