Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into 5 cm long segments

Slice the lean meat and marinate it with cornstarch and light soy sauce.

Hakka tofu (old tofu) cut into 1cm thick pieces

Pour a little oil into the pot and sauté the garlic sprouts

Then stir-fry the meat and carrot slices until fragrant.

Add tofu, salt and stir-fry for a while

Sprinkle in pepper

Finally, pour an appropriate amount of water and simmer over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes
