Put all the ingredients except butter into a bread machine and mix until smooth. Add butter and knead until it expands

Place the dough into a container and ferment until doubled in size

Divide into 10 parts, deflate and round, let rest for 10 minutes

Take a piece of dough and roll it into an oval

Turn over and roll up from bottom up

Pinch the bottom tightly

Place in baking pan for 2 rounds

Start making choux sauce: Pour butter and water into a small pot;

After boiling, sift in low-gluten flour

Stir until thick and turn off the heat

Wait 5 minutes and add egg liquid

Stir until smooth, somewhat similar to kadasch sauce

Put into piping bag

Brush the second risen dough with a layer of egg wash

Squeeze the choux paste on the dough and put it in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for 12 minutes

Cut the toasted bread into two pieces, but do not cut it, then pour in the butter
