Mexican Bread
Overview
I participated in the Baking for Love event on other forums and got a Changdi electric oven. It is said that this is the one that was the most popular on Double 11 this year. It would be great to have this CKTF-30GS instead of the CKTF-30GS at home. I also thank Changdi for providing such a good prize. I will definitely use the oven more in the future to make more delicious food. Without further ado, let’s take a look at the food made with the new oven

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare materials
-
Sift together high-gluten flour and cocoa powder
-
Mix water + milk + sugar + eggs and mix well
-
Add the yeast and mix evenly, then add the sifted flour and mix until the flour completely absorbs the water and becomes a soft dough
-
Knead until the surface of the dough is smooth and non-sticky, add butter and knead until the dough is smooth and the glove film can be pulled out
-
Add almond slices and knead evenly
-
Let the kneaded dough rest for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into two 80g pieces, two 100g pieces, and one 150g piece of dough, and roll into balls
-
Roll out the 100g and 150g small dough respectively, then roll it up into a long strip, draw a few cuts on the surface with a knife, roll the 80g small dough into a round shape again, and draw two knives on the surface
-
Put the shaped bread into the oven, and set the oven to fermentation mode for fermentation. Fermentation takes about 1 hour until the dough doubles its original volume (Note: If the bread is dry, you can spray water with a spray bottle to avoid affecting the fermentation)
-
Put the fermented bread into the preheated oven and bake it at 180 degrees and 150 degrees for 15 minutes
-
After the baked bread has cooled, sprinkle with moisture-proof powdered sugar for decoration
