Overview

The recipe comes from Love and Freedom’s Fun Bread Machine. I used the 900g amount in the recipe, a 450g toast mold and a small toast mold.

  1. Place all ingredients except yeast and butter into bread machine.

  2. After kneading the dough for about 10 minutes, let it rest for more than half an hour.

  3. Add yeast and butter and continue kneading for about 25 minutes.

  4. Knead until complete. (I took it out of the bread machine and beat it for a while after mixing it.) Basic fermentation until 2-2.5 times in size.

  5. Divide into three portions of about 150 grams and roll into balls. Divide the rest into three portions and let rest for 15 minutes.

  6. Take one and shape it into an oval.

  7. Turn over and fold in half.

  8. Then lengthen and thin the bottom edge.

  9. Roll up from top to bottom.

  10. Pour into toast mold for final fermentation.

  11. Send until nine points are full.

  12. The middle and lower racks of the oven are set at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
