Sprinkle the yeast on the water, add salt after it dissolves, stir until dissolved, then add flour, cocoa powder, and chocolate beans.

Use a spatula to stir. It will be sticky if mixed by hand, so I didn't do it. Mix well and let it ferment for 40 minutes.

Sprinkle dry flour on the board, sprinkle dry flour on the dough, and press into a 4 cm thick cake.

First fold it left and right.

Then fold it three times up and down.

After the dough is folded, ferment it again for 40 minutes until it doubles in size.

I covered a basin on top while it was fermenting.

Press into a 4cm thick cake and cut into 8 portions.

Twist it for a simple look.

Place in baking pan and ferment again for 40 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
