Cut the onions, potatoes, carrots, and sausages into small pieces. Fry the cashews until fragrant and add them to the Foodprocessor to smash.

Heat the oil and sauté the onion cubes until fragrant. When they change color and become fragrant, add potatoes, sausages and carrot cubes and stir-fry quickly. Then add rice, Korean chili sauce and a little water, cover and simmer for 2 minutes. When the rice is soft and tender and absorbs the soup, add the mozzarellacheese and stir-fry.
