Poached Egg with Caviar

Homemade recipe, poached eggs with caviar. On Mother’s Day, in order to thank my mother for her nurturing grace, I made a poached egg with caviar for my mother to thank her for her kindness!

Do not break the fish roe, sprinkle some salt and pepper on the surface to marinate, dice the carrots and set aside

Submerge the carrots in water, cook for about 8-10 minutes, until soft, dry and set aside.

Heat the oil pan until it is 70% hot, pour in a large spoonful of egg liquid, fry over medium heat until one side is slightly cooked, carefully turn the egg skin over with a spatula, sprinkle a handful of diced carrots evenly on the egg skin, and a small piece of fish roe (be sure not to scatter, cut it into small pieces with a knife) and place it in the middle of the egg skin

Turn to low heat and fry until the egg skin is slightly dry. Use chopsticks and a spatula to cover one-third of the egg skin, and gently press it with the spatula

Poke the egg skin with chopsticks, fry until the water is slightly dry, then flip it over with chopsticks, and it will look like this.

You can thicken it and simmer it over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or steam it over high heat for 10-20 minutes, cut it in half, and pour tomato sauce or salad dressing on it.
