  1. Mix the gelatine powder with 30g of cold water, add the milk and sugar to the pot and bring to a boil. Be careful not to burn the pot while stirring. After lightening the heat, add the gelatine powder and stir evenly. Let cool.

  2. Add one-third of the chocolate powder, mix well and sift, then add to the bottom layer and place in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes.

  3. Puree the bananas, add one-third of the milk and mix well. After the first layer of pudding is formed, pour into the second layer and freeze in the freezer for half an hour.
