Mix the gelatine powder with 30g of cold water, add the milk and sugar to the pot and bring to a boil. Be careful not to burn the pot while stirring. After lightening the heat, add the gelatine powder and stir evenly. Let cool.

Add one-third of the chocolate powder, mix well and sift, then add to the bottom layer and place in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes.

Puree the bananas, add one-third of the milk and mix well. After the first layer of pudding is formed, pour into the second layer and freeze in the freezer for half an hour.

Add the remaining one-third of the milk to the coloring and mix well. After the second layer of pudding is frozen, pour it in, put it in the refrigerator, and freeze it for about half an hour before you can eat it!
