Put an egg into the flour, a little salt, and maybe a little baking soda.

Knead the dough with warm milk. Make the dough as soft as possible. If you dip your hands, you can use less oil at the end.

Leave to ferment in a warm place for at least two hours.

Grease a cutting board with oil, spread the noodles into long strips, and then cut into small pieces. It can be a single root or two overlapped together.

Heat the oil in the pot over medium heat. Put in the complete dough. Try to use long chopsticks to keep rolling the dough in the oil. The dough will expand again during the frying process.
