Vegetarian Crab Meal
Overview
A recipe I introduced on WeChat last time is called vegetarian crab noodle. The name sounds very high-end and classy, so I always wanted to try it. I didn’t know how it would taste when cooked. I tried it at home last weekend. When I tasted it carefully, it really felt like crab noodle. However, I have simplified many steps, which is much easier to make than the original.

Wash, peel and cut potatoes into thick slices

Put the potatoes into a high-temperature bowl, add a little water and put it in the microwave on high heat for 3 minutes

While the potatoes are in the microwave, cut the carrots into 3-4 ultra-thin slices, then cut into small pieces

Use a masher to crush the potatoes taken out from the microwave into mashed potatoes

Add a little salt, MSG, rice wine and salad oil to eggs and beat well

Chop the garlic into pieces

Heat a pan, add carrot cubes and fry until soft

Pour the fried carrots and mashed potatoes into the egg liquid

Add appropriate amount of salt, MSG, sugar, minced garlic, and a few drops of soy sauce and mix well

Pour the evenly mixed mashed potatoes into the pan and stir-fry over medium heat

Fry the mashed potatoes until they look dry, add a little minced garlic, a few drops of vinegar and sesame oil and you're done
