Steamed Pork Ribs
Overview
I ran out of meat at home at noon, and I looked in the refrigerator and found some ribs left, so I made this. Just a few ingredients, easy to make

Steps
-
Wash the ribs and blanch them in boiling water
-
Put the garlic and ginger into a food processor and mince them. (I'm lazy, so this is faster. I had to add some green onions, but I didn't have them at home. If you like spicy food, add a chili pepper.)
-
Pour the garlic and ginger into the ribs, then add three tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, half a teaspoon of salt, and a teaspoon of chicken essence, and then mix well (if you have green onions at home, chop the green onions, add half of them first, and mix the rest after steaming)
-
Cut the potatoes into hob pieces, then spread them on the bottom of the plate, then pour the ribs evenly on top of the potatoes, steam them in the pot for 30 to 40 minutes, until the meat can be poked through with chopsticks
