Fruit cold cake
Overview
I like the texture of fruit jelly very much, so I wanted to try making jelly. When I was buying ingredients, I saw jelly powder, so I wanted to try to see if it was the same. The result is not the same but overall it is pretty good. Paired with the pineapples I bought in spring, it is also a good little dessert.

Prepare the ingredients, there are only three items, very simple.

Dice the pineapple and soak in salt water.

Boil a pot of boiling water about 5000ml.

I used a pack of cold cake powder, mixed it with 500ml of cold water and 250g of cold cake powder to form a batter.

Mix the batter evenly and let it sit for a while.

Then pour the cold cake batter into boiling water and stir for a while.

When it cools down a bit, add the pineapple and mix. It is best to scoop out a little jelly and add a layer of pineapple, so that the finished product will look better.

Finally, let it dry and refrigerate for three hours.
