Sticky Rice Chicken Roll
Overview

Prepare chicken legs. Larger chicken legs are better for rolling food!

Clean the chicken legs and remove the bones. Then pat the chicken thigh meat with the back of a knife. After patting it to loosen it, it will be easier to roll the glutinous rice!

After processing the chicken legs, add five-spice powder, salt and pepper, garlic, cooking wine, and soy sauce. Place in the freezer overnight. The longer it marinates, the more delicious it will be!

Take out two rice dumplings from the refrigerator!

Put the rice dumplings into a plastic bag and roll them into glutinous rice rolls!

Spread the chicken legs flat on the chopping board and add the glutinous rice rolls. Roll up one end of the chicken thigh! Finally, tie the chicken rolls with rice dumpling ropes! It's not tied well, please don't laugh!

Wrap the chicken rolls in tin foil! Roll up both ends like candy, wrap it tightly!

(The cake has been baked on my baking pan, but it has not been unmolded. For now, use a stainless steel drain basin to hold the chicken rolls.) Preheat the oven to 220 degrees for 10-20 minutes, add the chicken rolls, and bake for 20 minutes.
