Shred the soaked black fungus, shred the winter bamboo shoots, shred the lean pork, and mince the onion, ginger, and garlic;

Marinate the shredded pork with a little salt, cooking wine and starch;

Add cold oil to the hot pan. After the oil is warm, add the shredded pork and stir-fry quickly to spread it out;
