Add 15g of sugar to egg yolks and beat evenly

Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees middle level for 18 minutes. After taking it out of the oven, cover it with another piece of oil paper and let it cool. (To check whether the cake is cooked, you can tap the surface of the cake with your hands. It is elastic and non-sticky. The dents on the surface can rebound quickly or insert a toothpick to make the batter non-stick)
