Overview

After living in Shenyang for five years, I suddenly wanted to drink braised tofu nao. Haha, I used to drink tofu curd with sugar. Due to work reasons this year, I was transferred back to my hometown. Try making it yourself too.

  1. Soak 100 grams of soybeans in water overnight and filter out the residue

  6. Be sure to stir to prevent sticking to the pot and boil twice

  7. After boiling twice, let it cool to about 80 degrees

  8. Hehe, I forgot to take a photo of the glucose inside the fat melting. Put the slightly cooled soy milk into the basin diluted with boiled water. Put the basin into a container with hot water and keep it for 10 minutes.
