Chop the pork into minced meat. When mincing the meat, chop the ginger in it. Cut the water chestnuts into cubes and prepare the tofu.

Add yellow sauce and pepper to the minced meat.

After stirring well, add the diced water chestnuts and mix well.

Cut the tofu into small round slices. I used a trapezoidal plate, so I put the tofu slices aside.

Wash your hands and apply a thin layer of oil, divide the meat filling into two parts, form into two round meat balls, and place them on the side of the tofu.

Put a plate into the cold water pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and steam for about 15 minutes.

Prepare some cooked peas and diced carrots.

After steaming, there will be some soup on the plate. Use a utensil to cover the tofu and lion head. Carefully pour the soup into the pot, add the peas and carrots. If there is less soup, add some water.
