Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare raw materials
-
Preheat the steam oven to 65°C and break the eggs into a container that can be heated (obviously my cup is too big...)
-
Put the eggs into the oven and steam them for 30 minutes (I don’t have a steam oven, so I tried it in the oven)
-
Mix the sauce ingredients together (I don’t like onions, so I didn’t add them)
-
The oven cannot be used at 65 degrees Celsius, so I adjusted the temperature to 150 to 200 degrees
-
Take it out of the oven and pour the sauce over the steamed eggs
-
Let’s eat
