For mushroom meat sauce made in advance, please refer to the mushroom meat sauce recipe.

Add yeast powder, sugar, baking powder and salt to the flour.

Add small amounts of water several times and stir to form a dough.

Knead into a smooth dough and cover to rise.

Let the dough rise until it doubles in size and forms a honeycomb shape. Take it out and sprinkle it with a little flour and knead it until smooth.

Divide the dough into evenly sized dough pieces.

Roll out the dough into thick center and thin edges.

Spoon in the mushroom meat sauce, pinch and wrap tightly.

Place the wrapped buns on the steamer and let rest for 15 minutes.

Add water to the pot and steam over high heat for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat. Wait for two to three minutes after turning off the heat before uncovering.
