Steps
-
Rinse the peanuts in a bowl of water
-
Put a little more oil in the pot. After frying the peanuts, all the oil will be used in the hot sauce
-
Pour the cold oil into the cold pot and pour the peanuts
-
As the oil temperature rises, bubbles appear in the pot
-
When the bubbles reduce and the peeled peanuts turn light golden, you can take them out
-
Use a knife to chop, do not use a food processor, otherwise it will easily produce a paste taste when mixing, which will affect the taste
-
Beef diced
-
Reheat the oil for frying peanuts
-
Add diced beef 70% hot
-
Fry until there is almost no moisture in the beef, then take it out
-
Add a little chili sauce to the oil pan and stir
-
The chili sauce is made at home, fresh chili sauce is added with salt and sun-dried
-
After stirring, add the remaining chili sauce
-
Press the hot sauce firmly to fully combine with the oil
-
Keep stirring during this period to avoid burning the pot. Turn off the heat when the water in the pot evaporates and only the aroma of the chili sauce remains
-
Add ground peanuts and diced beef, and some fried sesame seeds
-
Stir well
-
Take out of the pot
