Pavlova cake
Overview
The high-end pavlova cake has a wonderful taste. Crispy on the outside and sweet and soft on the inside, like marshmallows. Very delicious. Pavlova is a cake made with egg whites and sugar and then baked at a low temperature. Coat it with sweet whipped cream and top it with a variety of fresh fruits.

Put the egg whites and lemon juice into an oil-free and water-free basin.

Mix 60g white sugar and cornstarch evenly, add to the egg whites in 3 to 5 batches and beat.

Whisk until wet peaks form, lift the whisk to the large curved position, add vanilla extract and continue whipping.

Beat the egg whites until shiny and firm.

Spoon it into a baking pan, making a depression in the center, and add the cream and fruit after it's out of the oven.

Bake at 140 degrees Celsius for about 100 minutes, watching at any time until slightly golden brown. Turn off the heat and let cool naturally in the oven. (You can open the oven a small slit)

Wash the fruits, dry them and cut them into suitable pieces.

Whip the light cream and 15g of white sugar, then put it into a piping bag and pipe it on the cake as you like.
