Basa fish is marinated with chicken powder, eggs, cooking wine, black pepper, and corn starch.

Heat the oil, add pangasius and fry until golden brown.

After the second frying, remove and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic granules and garlic powder.

Add the second fried basil and stir fry for a few times.
