Fried green beans
Overview
Beans must be roasted and cannot be eaten half-cooked.

Wash the green beans and drain them for a while. Slice the garlic, heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic slices until fragrant.

Add the beans, stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute, add salt and sugar, stir well and then add a small bowl and a half of water.

Cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Open the lid and simmer over high heat to reduce the juice. Add a little chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.
