Wash the chicken wing roots and drain them

Put the honey seasoning, salt, soy sauce and shredded ginger into a basin and spread evenly on the roots of the chicken wings

Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for at least 4 hours (I usually leave it overnight)

Arrange the marinated chicken wings neatly on the grill net

Place tin foil (or a slag-catching tray) in the middle of the bottom of the oven, heat up and down at 200° for 20 minutes, until the surface is golden (you can brush the surface of the sauce to help color it)
