  1. Wash the chicken wing roots and drain them

  4. Arrange the marinated chicken wings neatly on the grill net

  5. Place tin foil (or a slag-catching tray) in the middle of the bottom of the oven, heat up and down at 200° for 20 minutes, until the surface is golden (you can brush the surface of the sauce to help color it)
