I made a scallion oil chicken two days ago. It was pretty good. I looked at the ingredients tonight and thought that I cook vegetables every day. I’ll have some scallion oil and cabbage tonight. This cabbage looks pretty good, but it’s expensive. It’s almost as good as the price of meat

  1. Pick and wash the cabbage

  2. Prepare the scallion sauce. Chop the onions and mince the garlic. Put it in a ceramic bowl. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and peanut oil. Stir evenly and set aside

  3. Boil a pot of water, put some salt and oil in the water, this will keep the dish with a base flavor, add the oil to keep the green color of the cabbage heart

  4. After the water boils, put the cabbage sum in and cook it. My cabbage sum was too big and it took about four or five minutes to cook. During this step, put the scallion oil juice into the microwave and simmer on medium-high heat for 2 minutes

  5. When the cabbage hearts are cooked, pick them out one by one and put them on a plate. Take the scallion oil juice out of the microwave and pour it on the cabbage hearts. Finish
